This is a used Wehrli Fab 3.5 intake horn finished in gloss white powder coat WITHOUT the PCV tube provision. It appears Wehrli no longer makes this intake horn w/o the PCV so heres an opportunity. It has some surface scratches in the finish, mostly on bottom of tube that cannot be seen once installed. Has new bolts and the previously installed oaring.

Functionally its in great condition. It does make the turbo spool up sound louder. Please look at the pictures carefully, what you see is you'll get.
