I removed the bowls to show internals of carb are as clean externals. The 3849804 is the GM part number. This is a very nice carb but I do not know its history so recommend rebuilding/restoration before installation. The numbers stamped into the choke tower are as follows: 3849804 List 2818 383.
The List 2818 is the Holley number and 383 date code. This is an original GM Holley 4 Barrel carburetor. All parts move freely.
