Primary throttle shaft bushing replaced with oversized 5/8 self lubricating Oil lite bronze replacements. Accelerator duration shot linkage added to allow fast change version. Make it richer/leaner without disassembling the carburetor. Double wall of cardboard protection.

Accelerator shooter discharge holes slightly and tested two solid streams. Slightly ripened idle tubes. All jets need this at point. 800 plus cfm primary bump core.

Condition is Remanufactured. Secondary fuel well restrict holes for faster refill after a full throttle RIP. Primary /secondary well plugs tested and sealed with epoxy. Fully adjustable idle, part throttle.

New USA made choke insert plug and play. cfm limiter carefully removed and a set screw installed to allow custom settings, it mild wild for maximum flow factory lean-out channels blocked with screws. Secondary air flaps notched to allow instant fuel spray under full throttle. Factory air horn APT sealed plug carefully removed to allow full external access adjust part throttle air /fuel mixture.

Idle mixture screw holes are drilled larger to allow full adjustment of idle air/fuel. Stainless steel screws and Lactate used to reassemble throttle shaft. Make it richer/leaner for your idle/drive ability needs. Eliminates any possible vacuum leaks/erratic idle due to wear.

Painted high temp silver. Secondary P.O.E holes for a richer fuel shot to eliminate lag/bog on full throttle. Very smooth throttle movement. Shipped by USPS PRIORITY MAIL in Large box.
